We may collect information directly from parents or guardians, from students where appropriate, and from trusted service providers involved in operating our services.

Where reasonable and practical, we aim to collect personal information directly from the parent, guardian or relevant individual.

Students and their families retain ownership of original work created by the student and uploaded to the EL12 portal.

By uploading or submitting content to the portal, you grant EL12 Education a non-exclusive licence to store, access, review, copy, annotate, process and use that content for educational delivery, feedback, assessment, student support, record-keeping, service administration and related internal purposes.

This may include use within our internal systems and through trusted service providers that support our educational and operational processes.

EL12 Education may use trusted technology platforms and service providers to support administration, billing, communications, document storage, portal functionality, educational support and service delivery.

From time to time, EL12 Education may also use AI-assisted tools to help analyse student work, generate educational feedback, support administration, improve workflows or assist with service delivery.

These tools are used as part of EL12 Education's internal operations and educational services. Where personal information is handled through third-party providers, we aim to use reputable services and take reasonable steps to protect information appropriately.

EL12 Education does not sell parent or student personal information and does not disclose it to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

EL12 Education may retain relevant records, submissions, communications and account information for administrative, educational, billing, compliance, safeguarding, dispute resolution, backup and related operational purposes.
